Turn on the key and the accelerator will move. Step on the gas pedal, and the gas pedal will not move.

What you want to ask is whether it is normal to step on the accelerator when the engine is turned off and the accelerator pedal is not moving. Throttle position sensor fault, throttle motor fault.

1. The throttle position sensor is the key component to control the intake of the engine. If the sensor fails, the throttle will not move.

2. The throttle motor is the key component to control the throttle opening. If the motor fails, the throttle will not move.
