There is no scientific basis. The theory of "poison possibility" has existed since ancient times and is related to natural characteristics.

At this temperature and humidity, bacteria and viruses begin to multiply. In ancient times, medical and health conditions were poor, and diseases bitten by poisonous insects or infected by mosquitoes and flies increased, leading to an increase in infectious diseases and plagues.

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the main reason why people get sick is to feel exogenous evil. This exogenous factor refers to various pathogenic factors, such as wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness and fire. They are all caused by six qi, and the temperature is changeable and the temperature difference is large. When the resistance drops, you will feel the exogenous evil and get sick if you are not careful.

The lunar calendar is twelve months a year, with twenty-four qi and seventy-two phases. In order to keep healthy, human beings must live in harmony with nature.
