Blue smoke is because the machine started burning mixed oil. Determine whether your car is four-stroke or two-stroke. If it's two-stroke, it's fine. If it is four-stroke, go to the maintenance station and ask for a replacement immediately, because there is something wrong with the personal piston ring and it can't seal the oil. It must be solved as soon as possible. When not running in, a slight smoke is not a fault. This is not the oil in the muffler.

Matters needing attention

Attention should be paid when installing piston rings

1) The piston ring should be installed in the cylinder liner, leaving a certain opening gap at the interface.

2) The piston ring should be installed on the piston, and there should be a certain edge clearance along the height direction in the ring groove.

3) The chrome-plated ring should be installed in the first row, and the opening should not face the vortex pit at the top of the piston.

4) When the piston ring opening is staggered 120℃, it is not allowed to face the piston pin hole.

5) The piston ring with conical section shall be installed with the conical surface facing upwards.

6) Generally, when installing the torsion ring, the chamfer or slot should be upward; When installing the conical torsion ring, it still keeps the conical surface upward.

7) When installing the combination ring, the axial liner ring should be installed first, and then the flat ring and the corrugated ring should be installed. Install a flat ring above and below the wave ring, and the openings of each ring should be staggered.
