Folk cultural activities such as welcoming Luo Hong and "xianggong" are hosted by four natural villages in Tianxin Village of Yiwu in turn every year, lasting four days and four nights at a time. According to legend, many years ago 100, Tianxin village suffered from a continuous drought, so the village sent people to Heyetang village to ask Luo Hong to be "xianggong". After Luo Hong arrived, it really rained heavily in Tianxin Village to save the local people. It was the eighth day of November in the lunar calendar.

2. Cut sesame candy:
Regarding the custom of cutting sesame candy in Yiwu, there is a record in the "Yiwu County Records": Before New Year's Eve, "every family cuts fried rice candy for the Spring Festival refreshments". There are more descriptions in Yiwu Customs: during the Spring Festival, glutinous rice, millet, sesame oil, peanuts and soybeans are steamed and fried, and then red, white and malt are cut into sesame candy, or fried rice candy, fat rice candy and inch gold candy.
3. Be red:
Traditional holiday snacks, such as red glutinous rice cakes, are indispensable dishes for Yiwu people during the Spring Festival. At the beginning of the banquet, when the guests were in a bad mood, a steaming small steamed bun was served, supplemented by bright braised pork and bamboo shoots with light pigments. It was delicious and fragrant.
4. Steamed steamed bread:
According to records, Wudian steamed bread is a famous snack in Yixi with a history of 100 years. The shape is semi-circular, soft and tough. As soon as you grasp it with your hand, the whole steamed bread will shrink in your palm, and as soon as you let go, it will be as good as ever. The traditional Wudian steamed bread is the staple food of traditional festivals such as the Spring Festival, Lantern Festival and Dragon Boat Festival in Yiwu, and it is also an essential gift for the old Yiwu people's weddings and funerals.
5. Give Spring Festival couplets a blessing:
During the Spring Festival, every household in Yiwu urban and rural areas will choose red Spring Festival couplets and stick them on their doors to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, and send messages to auspicious people to add to the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival. Before the Spring Festival, such a lively scene can often be seen in Yiwu urban and rural areas. Calligraphers spread a table on the spot, dipped it in ink, sent a message with a pen, and wrote a New Year greeting for the citizens coming and going on red paper.
