1. The original oil package will have the name of the automobile brand, with neat handwriting. If it is an agent brand engine oil, the engine oil bottle has an anti-counterfeiting mark, the handwriting is clear and neat, there is no color leakage and overlap, and the production date can be seen. In addition, when changing the oil, the oil that has not been used for more than one year cannot be used.

2. Observe the color of engine lubricating oil. The engine lubricating oil is mostly golden yellow, bright, crystal clear and transparent, and flows evenly when poured out of the oil barrel.

3. Open the oil bottle cap. Qualified engine lubricating oil has no special smell, only a little fragrance. Any lubricating oil that irritates the sense of smell and smells bad is deteriorated or inferior engine oil and cannot be used.

You can ask the maintenance staff about the source of the engine oil, or you can call the supplier to help you check the authenticity. However, under normal circumstances, maintenance personnel cannot accurately judge the source of oil.

5. Take a little oil from the oil bottle and twist it on your finger. If there is sticky feeling and wire drawing, the quality of lubricating oil is up to standard. If it doesn't stick, it can't be drawn, which is a poor quality product.

6. It is obvious that after the normal vehicle is replaced with genuine engine oil, the vehicle power is enhanced and the engine noise is reduced. If the power is insufficient and the noise increases after this oil change, it means that there is something wrong with the oil and it needs to be checked and replaced again.

7. Under the maintenance condition of driving the same number of kilometers, if it is obvious that the oil put down this time is darker than the last one, and the carbon deposit at the throttle and exhaust pipe increases, it means that the last oil is inferior.
