Two methods of adjusting the pressure of servo electric cylinder

1. Displacement control mode: In the press-fitting process, with the change of displacement, the pressure also changes. Through the built-in pressure sensor and high-speed data acquisition card, we can monitor the pressure change in the press-fitting process at any time. When the pressure reaches the maximum pressure we set, it will stop immediately to achieve the purpose of pressure control.

2. Torque control mode: The torque control mode of the servo electric cylinder is to set the external output torque of the motor shaft through the input of external simulation or direct address assignment. Through the calibration program, the corresponding relationship between torque and pressure can be calibrated, so that pressure control can be realized by controlling torque.
