Summer moxibustion and solar terms

Shaofu point: one of the acupoints of the heart meridian of shaoyin in the hand, located on the surface of the palm, between the 4th and 5th metacarpals, and at the fingertips when making a fist. When taking a point, raise your palm, bend your fingers to the horizontal stripes of your palm, and press your little fingertips down, which is a point. As shown in the figure below:
