Kneel and keep your knees.

Since I published "Insist on Exercise and Self-discipline 1000 Days", many friends and colleagues have asked me if there is something wrong with my knee if I walk more than 20 kilometers every day. I said, no problem. Then how do you protect your knees? I answered with one voice.

I made up my mind to exercise five years ago. I started out outdoors. Because there are many people outdoors, it is lively and interesting, and my outdoor activities persist.

At least twice a month, I do activities on weekends. On my way back from climbing the mountain, we shared our experiences in the trunk. A friend who runs a health club raised his knee. I remember, start using this method. I usually soak my feet in a cup after exercising 15 minutes, and then kneel down 10 minutes or so. Sometimes I kneel on the office sofa for ten minutes a few minutes before going to work.

After more than a year, I once went to Yantai sanatorium to chat with Dean Liu and talked about this topic. The first time I heard from Dean Liu, kneeling is really a way of protecting knees in traditional Chinese medicine. He said that you are the first person I have ever seen to protect your knees in this way, and the effect is so good that it is the best example of this theory. He cited it as a successful case of kneecaps.

After listening to Premier Liu's words, I became more confident and emboldened, so I persisted. It has been five years now.

Later, I continued to pay attention to it, learned the knowledge and methods of kneeling from books and online, and knew the principle. Guided by these methods, I constantly improve and innovate in the application, and the effect is getting better and better.

There is a depression in the medial and lateral sides of the knee, and the lateral depression is the nose point of the calf. It is an acupuncture point on the stomach meridian, where qi and blood are abundant and it is an acupuncture point for strengthening the body.

Kneeling posture is precisely because the nose of the calf on the knee is opened, which makes the blood in the body drop. When it is transported to the knee, there is more fresh blood on the knee, which naturally lubricates the rusty knee joint and reduces the wear of the knee joint.

Many people often suffer from diseases such as hyperosteogeny and hydronephrosis because of climbing mountains and running. It is also because qi and blood can not run to the lower body and knees, resulting in knee joint injury. Chinese medicine says that "the knee is the tendon house" and the knee is the tendon house. The liver is the main muscle, so kneeling is another way to replenish the liver.

The effect of "kneeling" combined with tapping the left pericardium meridian is better. The pericardium meridian is a blood channel, which can supply blood to the whole body. Kneeling is to draw blood down, so beating the pericardium meridian is beneficial to draw blood down.

Traditional Chinese medicine often says that "the general principle does not hurt, but the pain will not work". Kneeling to get through the qi and blood is like lubricating the knee, which not only facilitates the action, but also relieves the pain.

A damaged knee joint is like an aging car. When the damaged parts are adequately lubricated, the car can run smoothly. In fact, this is the same as the knee joint.
