The basic composition of pneumatic actuators

The types and structures of adjusting mechanisms in pneumatic actuators are basically the same, mainly because the actuators are different. Therefore, when pneumatic actuator is introduced into it, it is divided into two parts: actuator and regulating valve. Pneumatic actuator consists of two parts: actuator and regulating valve (regulating mechanism). According to the size of the control signal, the corresponding thrust is generated to push the regulating valve to act. The regulating valve is the regulating part of the pneumatic actuator. Under the thrust of the actuator, the regulating valve produces a certain displacement or rotation angle, which directly regulates the flow of fluid. 1. Pneumatic device is mainly composed of cylinder, piston, gear shaft, end cover, seal and screw. A complete pneumatic device should also include opening indication, travel limit, solenoid valve, positioner, pneumatic components, manual mechanism, signal feedback and other components.

2. The connection size of pneumatic device and valve shall comply with the provisions of ISO52 1 1 (below), GB/T 12222 and GB/T 12223.

3. When the air supply is interrupted, the pneumatic device with manual mechanism can be used to open and close the pneumatic ball valve. When facing the handwheel, the handwheel or handle should be rotated counterclockwise to open the valve and clockwise to close the valve.

4. When there are internal and external threads at the end of the piston rod, there should be a wrench opening suitable for standard wrenches.

5, piston sealing ring should be easy to replace and repair.

6. For the pneumatic device with buffer mechanism, the stroke length of buffer mechanism can refer to table 1.

7, pneumatic device with adjustable buffer mechanism, should adjust its buffer mechanism outside the cylinder.

8. The thread size of the air inlet and air outlet of the cylinder shall conform to the provisions of Manurnnorm (attachment standard) sypv, GB/T7306. 1, GB/T7306.2 and GB/T7307.
