The flame of the natural gas furnace is red. What is the reason? What should we do?

The flame of the gas stove is blue, which is probably caused by the following reasons.

1. The tuyere of the gas stove is closed too tightly, and there is too little air entering the furnace. The baffle can be enlarged to make the gas stove have enough oxygen to support combustion. The tuyere should not be opened too wide, otherwise the blue flame will turn red again, causing the gas to burn insufficiently and run away.

2. There are stolen goods in the throat of the burner. There is too much dust and oil residue at the outlet, and the combustion supply is not smooth. Usually pay attention to regular cleaning to ensure smooth gas transmission.

3. The mixing tube and the gas burner are not on the same axis, which will interfere with the gas flow, or the red flame will appear if the fire cover is not good. Just make a slight adjustment and check whether the burner parts are in place correctly, and the fire can be turned into blue fire.

4. The gas is impure, contains impurities, or the air pump pressure is too low, so it is easy to have insufficient air pump pressure during the cooking peak period.

The red flame will cause a sticky layer of ash at the bottom of the pot, which will affect the heat energy and cause gas waste, so the gas stove must be turned blue when it is hot.
