How to change the throttle

1. Open the engine compartment, slowly unscrew the lid of the expansion kettle, and exhaust the air in the cooling system, so as to prepare for removing the preheating water pipe on the throttle later.

2. Open the co-pilot seat, remove the screw fixing the bellows assembly with 10 T-shape, then loosen the buckle connecting the intake bellows and the throttle valve with a cross, pull out the bellows and take out the bellows assembly.

3. Unplug the idle motor sensor and throttle position sensor on the throttle, and remove the throttle wiring on the throttle at the same time.

4. Remove the two water pipe clamps on the throttle valve with pliers, then remove the four screws on the throttle valve with 10T, unplug the water pipe with pliers, and remove the old throttle valve.

5. After removing the water pipe, install it on the new throttle immediately to minimize the outflow of antifreeze. Clamp the water pipe with pliers, install four screws to fix the throttle valve, install the throttle valve wiring, and plug in the plug.

6. Now, after changing the throttle, the car should be matched. All adaptive values should be zeroed with special equipment and the computer memory should be cleared. The matching was successful, the air box assembly was installed, the test run was normal, and the throttle was replaced successfully.
