To do a good job in the anti-freezing of orchards, the most typical ones are apples and pears, which are relatively large, and most of them are in northwest and north China, and it is bound to experience a cold winter. Therefore, it is necessary to take anti-freezing measures in some fruit tree areas to facilitate the safe overwintering of fruit trees.

Note that what I am talking about here is the anti-freezing work after picking, so before that, we must do a good job of reasonable flower thinning, pruning, pruning, rational fertilization and irrigation in spring, summer and autumn, which is also a measure to pave the way for better overwintering of fruit trees, and it should be carried out every year, which is a "foundation".

1、? First of all, we should do a good job of fertilizing autumn fertilizer. Then, at this time, the orchards that enter the winter after autumn suggest that you release the base fertilizer, which can be combined with the most common nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to absorb nutrients when the fruit trees are dormant in winter and improve the resistance of the fruit trees themselves, so that it is not difficult to overwinter.

2、? Of course, we should also take anti-freezing measures for the trunk of fruit trees, with the word "tu", but in my rural hometown of Gansu, almost no fruit farmers do so. They just hit the "overwintering pesticide" once before the fruit trees overwinter, killing pests and diseases and improving the resistance of fruit trees again.

3、? Reasonable pruning, in fact, the pruning time of fruit trees in winter is relatively late, and most of them are in slight cold and severe cold solar terms. Pay special attention to old trees, especially apple trees. There are many places where old trees are pruned, and their resistance is very poor, so many places of fruit trees need to be sawn off and coated with drugs. Then everyone must trim it in a large area and apply it. Of course, this is also an effective measure to prevent fruit trees from freezing, especially for pruned fruit trees.

4、? Of course, the same is true for young fruit trees. We must do a good job in trunk, water and fertilizer management, so that these fruit trees that are about to bear fruit and are thriving can survive the winter safely. Then the frostbitten fruit trees will have water seepage on the bark surface of the fruit trees, which is a kind of mass that will appear after the weather clears up.

To sum up, some fruit trees themselves have poor wintering ability, which is mainly due to people's usual management and emphasis on the continuity of management. It does not mean that you have no good management in spring, summer and autumn, and it is unrealistic to expect good management to play an anti-freezing role before and during wintering in winter.
