It is said that Wang Anshi once gave Su Dongpo a problem. He wrote a couplet and asked Su Dongpo to make one. Couplets are: one year, two spring months, two August months, and there are two spring and autumn months in the world. It turned out that that year was leap August, and the first month and December of the lunar calendar had solar terms in beginning of spring, which really were spring and autumn months. In addition, the fourth word and the twelfth word of the couplet are both "spring", and the next one is needed. This greatly increases the difficulty. Although Su Dongpo was a wizard, he couldn't answer this strange question after thinking for a long time, so he had to hand in a blank sheet of paper and was laughed at by Wang Anshi. But Wang Anshi himself did not show his bottom line at that time. Su Dongpo got "all", just like a dumb person eating coptis, he can't tell how bitter it is. It was not until the middle of Qing Dynasty that Liang Zhangju, an expert on couplets, gave one.
