Brief introduction of fully enclosed compressor

Advantages: The compressor and motor are installed in the shell welded by fusion welding or brazing, and the spindle is adopted, which not only saves the shaft seal device, but also greatly reduces the volume and weight of the whole compressor. Only suction and discharge pipes, process pipes and other necessary pipes (such as shower pipes), input power terminals and compressor brackets are welded on the outer surface of the shell.

The fully enclosed compressor and the motor are installed in a closed shell, and the joint of the upper and lower shells is the fully enclosed compressor. The fully enclosed compressor and the matching motor share a main shaft installed in the casing, so there is no need for a shaft seal device, which reduces the possibility of leakage.

The disadvantage is that it is not easy to open and maintain: because the whole compressor motor set is installed in a sealed shell that cannot be disassembled, it is not easy to open for internal maintenance, so this compressor is required to have high reliability, long service life and high installation requirements for the whole refrigeration system. This fully enclosed structure is generally used for mass-produced small-capacity refrigeration compressors. Compressors can be divided into open, semi-closed and fully closed.
