How to write a case analysis?

All reports should be the analysis and demonstration of actual cases, including the following aspects:

The case materials shall be complete in facts, complete in elements, concise in words, clear in levels and involving personal privacy. Necessary technical treatment shall be carried out, and the directional contents such as the names and place names of the parties that are the same as the original materials of the case shall not be used (the original materials of the case shall be submitted together with the report, and the source of the case or the units and individuals under investigation shall be indicated).

3. Focus of the case

The focus of the case should be summarized, refined and listed according to the case, such as "the focus of this case lies in the effectiveness of the contract".

4. Controversy and disagreement

From the perspective of academic theory and judicial practice, there must be at least two viewpoints, opinions or opinions to refine the problems of legal theory research, and clearly state their respective reasons and basis.

Third, the research conclusion

The author's views and opinions on the nature of the case or its handling opinions should be clarified, and the reasons and basis should be elaborated in detail from two aspects of legal theory and legal provisions, so that the research conclusion can help solve the case itself, or provide useful help for solving similar cases, or put forward problems that need to be deepened in theory.

Basic format of case analysis

1. Take the event as the title or the topic as the title. You can't use two words directly: case. Titles should be attractive to readers, such as the case mentioned above: How I taught the story of Shi Zhongshan ―― a modern interpretation of classic articles.

2. Explain the time and space of the event.

3. Explain what kind of problems are encountered, how the problems arise, and what are the reasons for the problems.

4, solve the problem-explain how to solve the problem, the initial effect of solving the problem.

5. Reflection and discussion-explain the thoughts, feelings and experiences of solving the problem, the gains and losses of solving the problem, what new problems appear after the next plan or the whole problem is solved, and how to solve them.
