The new lion ran on the bumpy road and the accelerator pedal shook badly. Is it normal?

Hello, biker.

Regarding the problem you mentioned, I saw several cars in the 4S shop. I come from Yancheng, and the first car in my family is old K5. The specific reasons are:

1 There are several manufacturers of the accelerator pedal assembly of Lion Run, and the free clearance of some manufacturers is about 2-3mm longer than that of others.

Because the gap between the spring connecting rod is too large, the accelerator pedal can't be fixed in the same position when stepping on the accelerator, especially when crossing the bumpy road or the speed bump.

The accelerator pedal of Lion Run is made of engineering plastic. It relies on adding a small iron block on it to offset the vibration from the throttle line. When the foot steps on the accelerator, the depth is different, and the accelerator pedal arm is constantly transposed, which can not guarantee the weighted quality of the small iron block, resulting in part of the vibration transmitted by the accelerator cable being transmitted to the pedal.

4 It is very simple to solve this problem, just add an ordinary screw washer of about 2 mm to the spring connecting rod, but the general 4S shop basically fools the owner to replace the accelerator pedal assembly. Please note that you only require washers.

I hope my reply can help you solve your doubts. I wish you a happy car ride, and often exchange your knowledge about cars when you are free.
