First, the new car mandatory maintenance

1. Please register your new car at FAW Jiabao Mini-car Service Station within one month after buying the car. (Please don't forget to bring the warranty service manual, a copy of the car purchase invoice, a copy of the ID card or a letter of introduction from the company)

Your vehicle mileage is within the range of 1500 km-2500 km. Please be sure to go to FAW Jiabao Service Station for free mandatory maintenance. Please don't forget to bring the warranty service manual, maintenance oil, gear oil, oil filter and gasoline filter. )

Please note: within the range of 1500-2500 km (that is, after the new car is run-in), if your vehicle does not arrive at the service station for mandatory maintenance, it will be deemed that you automatically give up the warranty service qualification.

2. Details of on-board gifts: FAW Jiabao mini-car operation and maintenance manual 1 copy, engine operation and maintenance manual 1 copy, oil filter 1 set, engine lubricating oil 1 barrel, gear oil 1 barrel and on-board tools 1 set.

3. Mandatory maintenance contents:

14 Check the free travel of the clutch pedal and adjust it by 20-30 mm if necessary.

15 Check the hand braking efficiency and adjust it if necessary.

16 check the meshing clearance of the steering gear and adjust it if necessary.

17 Check and adjust toe-in 2-5 mm.

18 check and adjust the preload of the front wheel hub

19 lubricate the front wheel bearing.

20Lubricate the distributor cam.

2 1 clean the pores of the battery. Check the liquid level.

23 Replace or clean the fuel filter.

25 Check and tighten the coupling, and tighten it if necessary.

26 Check the idle speed and emission indicator and adjust it if necessary. When the hot car water temperature is above 80℃, the oil temperature is above 60℃, and the idle speed is 850±50r/min.

Second, the regular maintenance (at their own expense)

1. In order to make you use the FAW Jiabao mini-car better, please go to the nearest FAW Jiabao mini-car service station for regular maintenance at your own expense every 5,000 kilometers. The maintenance fee is not higher than that in 220 yuan. If it is otherwise stipulated by the local industry department, it can be implemented according to the local maintenance standards.

Please note: If you fail to go to the FAW Jiabao mini-car service station for regular maintenance in time at your own expense, it will be deemed that you will automatically give up your future vehicle warranty qualification. The first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh times.

Third, the principle of warranty service:

1. On the premise of using the product in strict accordance with the relevant documents (warranty service manual, instruction manual), all kinds of failures or parts damage caused by product quality problems such as product design, manufacturing, assembly, materials, etc. will be recognized as product quality responsibility by the service station, and warranty service will be provided.

2. The warranty service adheres to the principle of giving priority to repair. If it can be solved by repair, the parts will not be replaced, and if it can be solved by replacing parts, the assembly will not be replaced.

3. Parts replaced by warranty service must be replaced with old parts.

4. If the mileage cannot be confirmed due to the failure or damage of the odometer, the accumulated mileage shall be calculated as 300 kilometers per day from the date of purchase.

5. During the warranty period, if the vehicle still fails to meet the main technical standards or cannot be repaired by the quality department of Qing Ji Factory, it can be returned. At the same time, according to the relevant regulations of the state, the depreciation fee is charged at the rate of 0.2% (car purchase price) per day.

Four. Scope and duration of warranty service

3. There is no car whose model, engine number, chassis number and product identification code in the warranty service manual do not match the actual car.

4. Parts damage caused by improper operation such as not using antifreeze, not draining water or unclean drainage, starting operation first and then adding coolant, and engine overheating, cylinder pulling and tile burning caused by insufficient coolant or engine lubricating oil.

5. Damaged parts and losses caused by using non-original parts or parts not approved by FAW Jilin Light Vehicle Factory when repairing vehicles.

6. Abnormal phenomena occur in the operation of the vehicle, and the vehicle is forced to continue driving without finding the cause in time, causing direct damage and expanding the fault part of related damage.

7. Without the permission of the relevant departments of FAW Qing Ji Factory, the original vehicle model is changed, accessories are modified or the user changes the technical condition of the original vehicle, resulting in failure identification and analysis.

8. After an automobile accident, the user unilaterally handles the vehicles that have not been confirmed by FAW Qing Ji Factory for quality responsibility.

9. Selling vehicles in stock at reduced prices (including road test vehicles of FAW Jilin Light Vehicle Factory)
