On what plateau is Bijie located? What is the surface like?

Bijie is located in the east of Yunnan Plateau. Located in the northwest of Guizhou province, at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces.

Subtropical humid monsoon climate, no heat in summer, no cold in winter, obvious monsoon climate and abundant rainfall.

Bijie City is located in the inclined zone of the transition from the eastern Yunnan Plateau to the Central Plains of Guizhou. It is mountainous. The main mountain ranges are Wumeng Mountain in the west, Dalou Mountain in the north and Laowang Mountain in the southwest.

There are many rivers in Bijie city. There are 193 rivers over 100 km in length in the city, which flow into Wujiang River, Chishui River, Beipanjiang River and Jinsha River respectively. The Yangtze River basin covers an area of 25,600 square kilometers and the Pearl River basin covers an area of 1.239 square kilometers, accounting for 95.39% and 4.6 1% of the total area of the city respectively.
