Translation and appreciation of tea poems

Tea poetry is a poem with tea as its theme, the most famous of which is the Tea Classic written by Lu Yu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. The following is the translation and appreciation of a tea poem.

Lu Qinggui's Dream "First Meeting Yuanxi Shuige"

At that time, the family got together and the limousine in the restaurant left soon.

It's ok to drown my sorrows and offer fire fighting, but I may not go to Danzun today.

Translation:

At that time, a few friends and I met in this water pavilion, drinking wine, chatting and feeling the energetic solar terms. However, time flies, and now the beautiful scenery of the past has long gone, and wine has become scarce. However, when I saw the lush Mu Dan and steaming tea in the tea garden, my sadness was also relieved. Even so, I know it is not easy to taste such good tea now.

Appreciate:

This tea poem expresses regret for time and cherishes tea by recalling the past and reflecting on the present situation. The scene described by Lu Guimeng is so vivid that readers can imagine the grand occasion of the party at that time and the changes now. Poets regard tea as the source of happiness and relieve their worries with tea, which highlights the special position of tea in their lives. Different from other tea poems, Lu Guimeng did not praise the benefits of tea excessively, but expressed his feelings indifferently, allowing readers to taste it themselves.
