How do Uzbeks celebrate Eid al-Adha?

The main festivals of Uzbeks are "Holy Day", "Akiko Day" and "Eid al-Adha".

Traditional festivals are basically the same as those of other local ethnic groups who believe in Islam. ji zi Festival and Eid al-Adha are the most solemn festivals in a year. Adults should fast during Ramadan before ji zi Day. When eating fast food, relatives, friends and neighbors should invite each other. If there are guests, the host should treat them warmly.

On Eid al-Adha, we slaughter cattle and sheep, fry cakes, eat hand-grabbed meat and pilaf, and eat the unique folk flavor food "Na Ren".

Every spring, Uzbeks also hold the ceremony of "Lake Su Mai". At that time, taking the village as a unit, everyone gathered all kinds of raw food and cooked it in a big pot. In this process, people get together to dance and entertain, wishing good weather and prosperity for people and animals.
