How to prevent and treat pig asthma?

Swine asthma, also known as swine asthma, also known as swine endemic pneumonia, is a chronic respiratory disease of pigs caused by mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. Only big pigs can be infected, which can occur all year round, but it is more common in climate change and winter and spring. The main features of this disease are dry cough and asthma, and the lungs were sarcoidosis at autopsy. If the feeding management is not good and the sanitary conditions are poor, the mortality rate of suckling piglets is high, and other pigs are mostly recessive infection and rarely die, which only affects growth and obesity. Sick pigs and invisible infected pigs are the sources of infection, and they are infected through respiratory tract through contact.

[symptoms]

The body temperature of sick pigs is generally normal, and there is no obvious change in eating. It's just a dry cough and asthma. Repeated coughing during exercise and eating, aggravated cough and asthma in the later stage, and even mouth opening, loss of appetite, emaciation and unwillingness to walk. The course of the disease lasts for several months and will not die. Such as secondary infection with Pasteurella, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, etc., the condition is complicated and the mortality rate is increased.

[prevention]

(1) Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken for the disease, such as strengthening feeding management, improving hygiene and strict disinfection, especially insisting on self-propagation and self-support, and not buying piglets from diseased pig farms. For sick pigs, we should always pay attention to observation, listen to cough and watch asthma, find sick pigs as soon as possible and carry out isolation treatment.

(4) Add 100g tylosin+100g florfenicol +500g oxytetracycline hydrochloride+100g arsanilic acid into 1 ton feed, and feed them in a mixed way, once a day for 5 days.

(5) Tylenol 100g+ doxycycline 200g was mixed in 1t feed and fed continuously for 5 days.

(6) Dissolve 10g taimiaomycin in 100kg water and drink it for 10 day.

(7) Vaccinate the attenuated vaccine of asthma rabbits, 5 ml each (diluted with normal saline) and inject it into the chest cavity.

[therapy]

(1) Long-acting oxytetracycline injection is 20 mg/kg body weight, once intramuscular injection.

(2) Kanamycin sulfate injection, 10000 ~ 20000 international units per kilogram of body weight, intramuscular injection once.

The above drugs can be used at the same time, 1 time every day for 5 days.
