High-pressure compressed natural gas comes out of the gas cylinder, filtered by the natural gas filter, and enters the high-pressure decompressor through the high-pressure solenoid valve. The opening and closing of high-pressure solenoid valve is controlled by ECM, and the function of high-pressure compressed natural gas is to adjust the pressure from 200bar to 30bar to 7bar to 9bar through reduced pressure heating.

High-pressure natural gas needs to absorb a lot of heat due to decompression expansion during decompression. In order to prevent the pressure reducer from freezing, engine coolant is introduced into the pressure reducer to heat gas from the engine, and the depressurized natural gas enters the electric control regulator, which is used to accurately control the injection amount of natural gas according to the engine working conditions.

Natural gas and air are fully mixed in the mixer, enter the engine cylinder, and are ignited and burned by spark plugs. The ignition time of the spark plug is controlled by ECM, and the oxygen sensor monitors the oxygen concentration of the tail gas after combustion in real time and calculates the air-fuel ratio. ECM corrects the injection amount of natural gas in time according to the feedback signal of oxygen sensor and control chart.
