How to adjust tractor air pressure
On the switch box of the air pump, the red one is the air inlet switch, and there is a small hole next to it, which can be opened with a screwdriver. You can see the pressure regulating spring. The external hexagon nut above is used to adjust the pressure. Plug in the air pump, open the air valve, tighten the pressure adjusting nut counterclockwise and observe the pressure gauge at the same time. When the pointer points between 4 and 5KG, it will be fine. Reinstall the air inlet switch box of air pump, and the pressure will be adjusted.
The bottom plate and the socket are connected by screws. The diaphragm is installed between the bottom plate and the socket. Pressure enters from the bottom and acts on the diaphragm. The diaphragm drives the pressure plate, and the upward movement of the pressure plate drives the tension spring. When the pressure reaches the set value, the springboard turns over and drives the ejector rod to move upward. The two movable contact bridges move upward at the same time, and the movable contact and the fixed contact are disconnected. The other end of the springboard pushes the ejector pin in the exhaust valve upward to discharge the pressure in the exhaust pipe of the air compressor.
