Autumn soup recommendation

Apricot pear pork lung soup, olive radish sparerib soup and porridge are recommended in autumn.

1, Nanbei Xingli Zhufei Decoction

Materials: Sydney 1, South Almond 12g, North Almond 9g, Radix Glehniae 10g, candied dates 1, pig lung 200g, lean meat 50g, and appropriate amount of salt.

Cooking: Sydney is peeled and cut into pieces, south apricot is peeled, and north apricot is peeled and sharpened. Wash and cut the pig lungs, stir-fry them thoroughly, wash and drain. 2, olive radish ribs soup

Ingredients: 5 green olives, white radish 1 piece, 6 grams of hawthorn, 3 grams of dried tangerine peel, 300 grams of ribs, candied dates 1 piece, and appropriate amount of salt.

Cooking: Wash and pat green olives, peel and cut white radishes. Chop the ribs, splash water first, put the materials into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil with high fire, simmer for about 1 hour with low fire, and season with salt.

3, porridge

Ingredients: Atractylodes macrocephala 10g, Poria cocos 15g, Coicis Semen 15g, Semen Phaseoli 20g, fried white lentils 15g, Chinese yam 15g, Herba Erigerontis 8g and rice 30-50g.

Cooking: Wash Atractylodis Rhizoma, Poria, and Rose, put them into gauze bags, wash lentils, Coicis Semen, Semen Phaseoli, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, and rice, and soak them for 30 minutes. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, boil the materials, put them in the pot until the porridge is cooked, take out the gauze bag and season with salt or sugar.
