The bolt is broken in the threaded hole, how to take it out?

1. To take out the rest of the broken screw inside, first make a locating hole with the locating pin.

2. Choose a model smaller than the original bolt to drill holes, and avoid drilling external threads inside.

3. After drilling, the screw will expose a small part outside the bolt. At this time, tap with your left hand and screw it out gently.

4. Finally, screw out the whole bolt, that is, the remaining threaded part, which can also ensure that the external thread of the bolt is intact.

Note: the tap used is required to be left-handed, and the right-handed tap rotates in the direction of the bolt. Choosing the wrong tap will lead to bolt damage.

Another method is to knock off the broken bolt with a spark machine, and then finish 3.3% copper with a tap, or try to make a square or hexagonal copper, and then screw out the broken bolt with a wrench after finishing.
