Wing God washes the throttle.

Do not change anything. Turn the ignition switch back and forth for three times from the locked position, put it in the on position for 20 seconds for the third time, then turn off the ignition switch for more than 3 minutes, and restart the vehicle idling 10 minutes. If it still doesn't work, ask the decoder to reset the throttle.
