Do tea buds grow during this period like spring tea or winter tea? So it is called "I don't know spring". "I don't know spring" tea, also known as "Wuyi Que Tongue", is named after its tiny leaves, like the tongue of a sparrow.

"I don't know spring" is more precious because there are few tea trees and the output is lower than other Wuyi rock tea varieties.
