1. Install the baffle of the oil seal puller professional tool on the crankshaft with two crankshaft damper mounting bolts.

2. Hang the shackle of the oil seal puller on the claw of the front oil seal, then install the shackle on the oil seal puller with the attached bolts, remove the two bolts on the baffle, install the attached center bolt on the oil seal puller and tighten it, and then pull out the front oil seal.

3. Insert the new front oil seal into the guide tube of the oil seal press. Pay attention to the direction of oil seal here, and the felt surface should be on the side of crankshaft damper.

4. Before applying a small amount of engine oil to the sealing part of the oil seal, remove the dirt on the joint surface between the oil seal and the cylinder block.

5. Install the conduit on the crankshaft with the attached guide bolt, and align the hole of the oil seal press with the guide bolt before inserting the conduit into the oil seal press. Before pressing in the front oil seal, install the attached center bolt on the press and tighten the bolt until it stops.

6. The disassembly of the rear oil seal is to install the baffle of the oil seal puller on the crankshaft with two mounting bolts of the flywheel housing assembly, and the subsequent process is consistent with the disassembly of the front oil seal.

7. The installation of the rear oil seal is to insert a new rear oil seal into the conduit of the oil seal press. Pay attention to the direction of oil seal here, and the felt surface should be on the flywheel cover side. The subsequent installation process is the same as the front oil seal. During installation, the large hole of the oil seal press guide tube should be aligned with the local position of the crankshaft color locating pin.
