How to draw bubbles with photoshop

Specifically, it can be divided into the following steps:

1. Create a new one with a size of 600*600 (shortcut key is ctrlN).

2. Click Edit-Fill, and then randomly select a color as the background color. Click the sixth button in the lower right corner to create a new layer, or click Layer-New-New Layer (shortcut key shiftctrlN).

3. Select the ellipse marquee tool, hold down shift and draw a perfect circle. Click Edit-Fill again, the background color is white, and the directly selected background color is filled with white. Click Select-Modify-Feather to fill the feather radius according to the size of the circle.

4. Press delete to delete, select the brush tool, highlight the bubble with a flexible brush, and the simple bubble will be ready.
