How to clean the throttle valve of Link 0 1?

Operation method of cleaning the throttle inlet: it is operated by professionals and carried out with special tools;

1, preparation before construction:

(1) Preheat the engine to normal operating temperature;

(2) Prepare special tools to clean the throttle inlet;

(3) This method is suitable for D-type negative pressure fuel injection system engine.

2, cleaning the throttle operation

(1) Removing _ air intake system hose

(2) Pour the cleaning agent at the inlet of the throttle valve into a special liquid storage tank;

(3) The liquid storage tank is connected with special equipment and screwed;

(4) start the engine;

(5) One hand controls the throttle valve, and the other hand sprays a proper amount of cleaning agent into the throttle valve body;

(6) Place cotton yarn on the throttle body to prevent some throttle cleaning agents from leaking out;

(7) During the cleaning process, it shall be carried out every 3-5 minutes.

(8) In the cleaning process, the accelerator should be blasted every 3-5 minutes, which can prevent the cleaning agent from accumulating at the air inlet and is beneficial to the timely discharge of carbon deposits and impurities during cleaning;

(9) The greater the mileage of cleaning vehicles, the slower the flow rate of cleaning agents should be.

(10) After all cleaning agents are sucked, blow the throttle for 4~6 times, and then run at the speed of 2000~3000r/min for 3 ~ 5 minutes.
