How to exhaust the release bearing of Jiangling Domain Tiger?

The exhaust method of Jiangling Tiger release bearing is as follows:

1. Manual exhaust method: press the clutch pedal, lift it, and repeat. When the clutch pedal feels strong, loosen the oil drain plug of the booster with a wrench, tighten the oil drain plug after exhausting, and repeat the action for many times until the air in the hydraulic pipeline is exhausted.

2. Auxiliary exhaust method: use a rubber tube with a suitable length, one end of which is connected to the air source, and the other end is aimed at the exhaust hole on the oil tank cover, and exhaust by air pressure. Loosen the booster vent plug to vent until there are no bubbles in the discharged oil. The oil in the container can be filtered through the filter screen in the oil storage tank and then continue to be used. Do not pour dirty oil into the oil storage tank for continuous use, otherwise it will cause the clutch master cylinder to be blocked and cause human failure.

3. Mechanical exhaust method: it is carried out on a special clutch exhaust machine with two oil pipes with appropriate length. The oil pipeline ends at the mouth of the oil storage tank, and the oil return pipe is connected with the air discharge plug of the booster. Press the start button, the hydraulic oil works, and the air in the hydraulic pipeline is quickly discharged under the push of the oil pump.
