Tightening torque of cylinder head
Actually, the torque for tightening the cylinder head screw depends on the size of the bolt. Generally, the engine cylinder head screws need to be tightened by eight or nine kilograms, the connecting rod needs to be tightened by five or six kilograms, and the crankshaft needs to be tightened by ten kilograms, according to the requirements of the instruction manual. But as the saying goes, practice makes perfect. When you are proficient and experienced, even if there is no specific standard data, you can judge by the feeling of tightening.
Tightening method of cylinder head screw:
1. First, screw it from the middle to both sides, the first time to 50% of the final torque, and then completely loosen it.
2. Then twist 50% from the middle to both sides.
3. Finally, just tighten the cylinder head screws in the middle and then on both sides.
But don't screw it too tightly, otherwise it will cause the bolt to bear too much force, which will not only cause the internal thread to slip, but also cause the bolt to deform to a certain extent, and may even pull off directly. Therefore, everyone should determine the torque of the bolt before tightening. Hope to adopt, thank you! ! ! ! !
