How to adjust the air volume of relay valve?

Adjustment method of air volume of relay valve: open the relay valve when the brake is released, and open the self-locking spring when the air in the air storage tank is full of the self-locking spring cup, so as to adjust the relay valve. Relay valve is a part of automobile air braking system. In truck braking system, relay valve can shorten reaction time and pressure build-up time. The air inlet of the relay valve is connected with the air storage tank, and the air outlet is connected with the brake air chamber. When the brake pedal is depressed, the output air pressure of the brake valve is used as the control pressure input of the relay valve. Under the control pressure, the air inlet valve is pushed open, and the compressed air directly enters the brake air chamber from the air storage tank through the air inlet without passing through the brake valve, thus greatly shortening the inflation pipeline of the brake air chamber and accelerating the inflation process of the air chamber.
