Causes and solutions of abnormal sound when stepping on the accelerator;

1, abnormal sound of gasoline pump motor. When there is wear or impurity inside the gasoline pump motor, it will make an abnormal sound when we step on the accelerator. This problem requires replacing the gasoline pump.

2. Abnormal throttle sound. At present, the throttles are all electronic throttles, and it is naturally the motor that controls the opening and closing of the valves. When the motor gear is worn, the bite is not sufficient, resulting in abnormal sound. When there is too much carbon deposition in the throttle, it will also cause abnormal noise in the throttle. The throttle can be cleaned. If the motor is damaged, remove the throttle and replace the servo motor.

3. Poor lubrication of the accelerator pedal bearing will produce abnormal sound. You can grease the bearings.

4. The clutch release bearing is damaged, resulting in abnormal sound due to incomplete separation of clutch plates. Remove the clutch and replace the release bearing.
