Ingredients: 30g of jujube, 0/5g of auricularia auricula/kloc-,and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Practice: First soak red dates and auricularia auricula in water, wash them, put them into a rice cooker, pour in about 600 ml of water, and then start cooking. When the water in the pot is about 400 ml, put the prepared rock sugar into the pot and cook until the rock sugar is completely melted.
Efficacy:
