Under what circumstances does the carburetor of motorcycle need to be replaced?

1, oil leakage;

2. The oil hole is blocked and cannot be poked;

3. The oil level float, oil needle and seal are damaged.

First, determine whether the two engines belong to the same product sequence. If the basic types of engines don't match, even if the displacement is the same, they can't be replaced, because the combustible mixture ratio between them is very different, and it is easy to form new faults after replacement, such as insufficient horsepower, difficult start and so on.

If it is the same model, the displacement is the same, but the basic result of carburetor is different. For example, if the vacuum diaphragm carburetor is replaced by a throttle carburetor, the throttle lines cannot be interchanged. Therefore, when replacing the carburetor, it is best to replace the throttle pipe and the throttle handle (even the handle switch) together.
