Both quantity and effect have increased.

Strengthen exploration and increase reserves. The factory overcame the unfavorable factors such as small mining area and limited exploration area, adjusted its thinking and innovated its methods. At present, 2 rolling exploration wells have been put into production, and the old wells are tested 1 well. Among them, the control well Huan 2-46-046, which is deployed in Dujiatai reservoir in Huan 2 well area, has obtained high oil flow, with an initial daily oil production of 9 tons, and it is estimated that the new geological reserves will be 410.4 million tons.

Optimize measures to increase production. The plant optimized the steam injection mode and parameters, increased the steam injection scale of huff and puff, and maintained the large-scale production of heavy oil. From June to August, more than 340 wells were injected with steam in 65438 and * * *, and at present, the daily oil increase is 478 tons, and the cumulative oil increase is 60,000 tons. Compared with the same period of last year, the daily oil increase 148 tons, and the cumulative oil increase 12300 tons.

The essence of competition under low oil prices is low-cost competition. The factory vigorously promotes low-cost technical measures to ensure large-scale production. The plant implements CO2-assisted huff and puff 10 1 well times, increasing oil by 74 tons16 tons in stages, and producing 66.3 tons of oil per day. Low-cost mud acid plugging removal technology was popularized and implemented in 23 wells in low permeability blocks, which increased oil production by 33 17 tons in stages and increased oil production by 33.5 tons per day, saving 3.25 million yuan, achieving double breakthroughs in increasing production and reducing costs.

Improve quality and increase sales. By increasing fishing efforts and rationally blending blended oil, the factory achieved an external sales volume of 9700 tons of intermediate oil, with a benefit of 2,427,700 yuan.

Practice internal skills hard and improve quality

The factory has carried out a "hard work" in improving efficiency, effectiveness, benefit and level.

Capacity building improves efficiency. After finding resources, how to convert energy storage into production capacity as soon as possible? The plant quickly launched a tough battle for capacity building, organized geological technicians to conduct advanced research and careful deployment, approved 7/kloc-0 wells with new capacity in the first 8 months, and coordinated and accelerated the implementation and operation in various ways, realizing the "three simultaneities" of geological design, engineering design and surface design, and ensuring the efficient connection between drilling and production.

The water injection extraction effect is good. In order to effectively promote the efficient development of low-permeability reservoirs, the factory vigorously carried out fine water injection project according to the principle of "early implementation and early effect", and completed the preparation of water injection reservoir scheme and water injection surface scheme in 2020 before the end of 20 19 12, and passed the review of relevant offices of oilfield companies.

Optimize the benefits of injection and stripping. Aiming at the problems of high steam injection intensity and unreasonable injection-production parameters in Qi-40 steam drive well group, the plant implemented the project of optimizing steam injection and increasing efficiency. Based on the study of "steam displacement law of well group and reasons for low efficiency of steam flooding", five control strategies of steam flooding in the later stage, such as pulse steam injection, intermittent steam flooding, steam flooding with variable dryness, thermal energy balance deployment and differential pressure change deployment, were explored, and the thermal recovery output of heavy oil was 375,500 tons, with over-exploitation of 8,300 tons. The steam injection amount is 2.387 million tons, which is 37 1 10,000 tons less than the steam injection plan at the beginning of the year, and the benefit is 45 1.43 million yuan.

Improve the management level of old wells. The factory adheres to the principle of "one well, one policy", removes and prevents wax from thin oil wells, and strives to reduce inflow. Measures such as oil washing, steam self-washing, wellbore heating and wellhead dosing were taken to optimize the wax removal and prevention system for 35 wells, reduce hot washing for 40 wells, reduce the liquid inflow by 900 tons, reduce the use of wax remover by 22 tons, and reduce the number of pump inspection wells in thin oil wells affected by wax by 8 and the affected output by 400 tons.

It is difficult for the blade to descend inward.

Only diligence without thrift is bottomless, only thrift without water is passive, and so is enterprise management.

The consumption of water and electricity is most of the cost of oil production plants. In order to achieve hard cost reduction, the factory gradually improved the water meters and meters of all units and transfer-out users in the factory, re-signed the approval form and transfer-out agreement for temporary water and electricity consumption of transfer-out users, established the account of transfer-out users, and intensified the measurement investigation. The factory scientifically configures the installation equipment and installs 20 groups of high-voltage capacitors, which effectively reduces the line loss. Up to now, the factory has saved electricity 17924000 yuan and water 1696438+00000 yuan.

In terms of material consumption, each station of the factory establishes a use ledger, analyzes key consumption materials regularly, and implements the working diagram management method. Up to now, the cost of production and maintenance materials has been saved by 6.5438+0.69 million yuan, the cost of gasoline and diesel oil by 900,000 yuan, and the turnover materials by 990,000 yuan. Through the online asset disposal platform, the centralized disposal of scrapped assets was realized, and the income from asset disposal was 5.895 million yuan.

Changes before breaking the ice

Facing the pressure and challenge, Qi Xin, a cadre and worker of the factory, made concerted efforts and took the initiative to give full play to the advantages of technology, resources and manpower, changed the way, income and concept, and achieved a new breakthrough in improving quality and increasing efficiency.

Transfer mode of science and technology engineering. The plant strengthened the tracking adjustment analysis of Qi 108 steam drive well group, and the oil-steam ratio increased from 0.07 to 0.075, and the production-injection ratio increased from 1.02 to 1.2. At present, the cumulative oil production is 69,800 tons. The cumulative oil production of composite flooding in Jin 16 block is 9 1 10,000 tons. Strengthen the management of Huan 26 (Xing) block, and plan to transfer 6 well groups throughout the year. At present, five well groups have been transferred to implement deep profile control and flooding, with 9 effective oil wells, with a daily oil production of 5 1.8 tons and a phased oil increase of 2 149.4 tons.

Revitalize gas sources to generate income. The gas supply mixed oil pipeline from Huan 127 block to Huan 6 16 block was reformed in the second oil production area. The old mixed oil pipeline was used to supply self-produced gas to Huan 6 16 block and Huan 623 block, and the original purchased gas was replaced by self-produced gas, reducing the daily gas purchase by 4,000 cubic meters. On the basis of using the treated tail gas of steam drive associated gas in block Qi 40, the third oil production area further organized and implemented measures to improve the efficiency of gas saving, such as cold transportation and heat exchange. By transforming the gas supply pipeline by the gathering and transportation brigade and transporting it to the oil production processing station, the original purchased gas production was replaced, and the purchased gas 1 1,000 cubic meters/day was reduced, thus realizing zero outsourcing of the production gas of the oil gathering and transportation system.

All employees tap their potential to change their minds. On July 9th, the factory held a team cost analysis contest of "Facing Low Oil Price, We are in Action", in which 50 teams exchanged information on cost management, closely analyzed the material cost, operating expenses and maintenance expenses, and the judges gave guidance from a professional perspective to find the potential points of cost control and the growth points of efficiency improvement.
