Throttle is a controllable valve that controls air to enter the engine. After the air enters the intake pipe, it will be mixed with gasoline to form a combustible mixture, which will be burned to do work. It connects the air filter and the engine block, and is called the throat of the automobile engine. Dismantling method of Volkswagen Touareg throttle:

1. Remove the joint between the air inlet pipe and the air filter box, and the pliers;

2. Dismantle the crankshaft ventilation pipe T20；;

3. Empty the filter box and break it by hand, then you can clean the upper part of the throttle. If you want to clean it thoroughly, please remove the four screws and the throttle.

When replacing or cleaning the throttle, it is necessary to set the throttle basically so that the engine control computer can know the current state of the throttle. The matching method is as follows: when the water temperature reaches above 90 degrees, the key door is opened, but the car doesn't work, turn off all electrical equipment on the car, use the engine tester to enter the engine computer, adjust the matching at 04, enter 060 in the channel number after entering, and then click Start. You will find that the match is successful in less than 30 seconds.
