Children are not advised to learn Chinese painting for the following reasons:

For 7-and 8-year-old children, although they can learn Chinese painting directly instead of children's painting, Chinese painting, especially landscape painting, is an art for children who have no painting foundation. If they just regard painting as a craft, it is no problem to get in touch early. However, if they want to understand the brush and ink techniques of landscape Chinese painting and make a difference, it is not recommended to study Chinese painting directly.
