What is a variable throttle?

Variable throttle valve is to change the single throttle plate of ordinary throttle valve into three valves with the same opening direction. When working, the three air valves are opened at the same time with the same angle. Under the negative pressure of the engine, the air flow enters along the inclined plane of each valve with guide vanes, and generates rotating vortex in the same direction. Intake air in this way can effectively increase the intake air volume and intake pressure, and at the same time achieve uniform intake, so that the air and fuel in the cylinder can be more fully mixed, the combustion quality of the engine can be significantly improved, and the power of the engine can be improved, thus achieving the ideal balance of high power output, low fuel consumption and clean emission.
