How to Install and Debug Idle Motor

1. Adjust the idle motor. It is best for the engine to be in a warm-up state to avoid the influence of the warm-up state of the engine on the adjustment speed.

2. After removing the idle motor, tighten the idle cone valve head clockwise until it can't be turned, record the position of the valve head with a marker pen, and then turn it counterclockwise for 3 times.

3. Reinstall the idle motor, turn the car key to the ON position, wait for 20 seconds, and then ignite. If the idle speed is normal, adjust it in place.

4. If the idle speed is too high, it means that the throttle bypass is too large, so it is necessary to loosen the valve head of the idle motor counterclockwise for 0.5- 1 revolution, and then repeat the operation in step 3.
