The Historical Origin of Qingyuan Thought

Taiyuan Heart was invented by Fu Shan, an "imperial doctor" in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. Fu Shan, a native of Taiyuan, has a strong patriotism and national integrity. After the demise of the Ming Dynasty, the soldiers of the Qing army ravaged the vast number of Han people in the Central Plains. Fu Shan resolutely refused to bow to violence and devoted his life to the cause of resisting Qing Dynasty. Seeing that the people in the Central Plains were weak, he was determined to use his medical skills to help the people keep fit and resist the cruel rule of the Qing Dynasty. Under the guidance of this idea, he moved his brain to the "brain" that hometown people like to eat. After his improvement, the eight flavors of Taiyuan Heart Classic were determined.

Fu Shan is good at calligraphy as well as medicine. After he invented Taiyuan brain pulp, he wrote a shop name for this brain pulp restaurant: Qinghe Garden. On top of these three words, he wrote a small line: "brain miscellaneous", which together is "brain miscellaneous" This is not a simple move to open a shop, it has a profound meaning. Before the Ming Dynasty, there was the Yuan Dynasty established by Mongols, and after the Ming Dynasty, there was the Qing Dynasty established by Manchus. Both dynasties carried out the policy of ethnic discrimination against the Han people, and their rule was also very cruel. Fu Shan wrote this shop trick to remind people all the time that they should kill all the heads of the rulers of the Qing Dynasty and adhere to national integrity. This is the origin of Taiyuan's mind and the origin of the name "Qing Dynasty".

Taking "brain" as the food name began at the end of14th century (the end of Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of Ming Dynasty).
