Four elements of order management

(1) If the sales volume of conventional commodities is stable, the sales volume of the same period of the order should be analyzed and the growth rate predicted, which is generally the sales volume of the same period *( 1+ predicted growth rate).

(2) For the goods with extremely unstable sales, according to the characteristics of shelf life, keep the inventory in the same sales cycle as the turnover days of the department.

(3) selling goods irregularly to ensure the basic display of shelves.

(4) If the single product has similar functional substitutes, properly control the order quantity.
