The outer end of the ejector pin abuts against the gear of the throttle shaft, so that the throttle plate is in a slightly static position when there is no motor drive. The invention can adjust the high and low idle positions, accurately control the air intake of the engine under the idle working condition, and reduce the manufacturing accuracy.
