Detection and Analysis of Several Common Faults of FAW-Volkswagen Magotan
1. When Magotan turns at a low speed, the car has a jitter fault.
When Magotan turns at a low speed, the steering tie rods on both sides of the steering gear have too large adjustment length deviation, which leads to the car shaking failure. It can be solved by readjusting the length of the tie rods on both sides of the steering gear. According to the actual situation, adjust the length of one side and shorten the length of the other side, and try to keep the left and right sides roughly equal. This situation does not belong to the quality problem of steering gear, but to the assembly adjustment problem. Although it will not cause security risks, it is best to go to the 4s shop in time.
Second, the fault light of Magotan exhaust system is on.
I suggest you check the throttle opening, clean the throttle and try again. Secondly, check whether there is dirt on the surface of your oxygen sensor and whether the data of the air flowmeter is abnormal. I suggest you go to the 4S shop to check it out.
Third, the Magotan steering wheel makes abnormal noise when it hits the right.
Abnormal sound comes from the knocking sound of the chassis. You can use the case stethoscope to confirm the specific sound source and make adjustments or damage updates. The possibility of chassis suspension aging is not great. It is suggested to check whether the knocking sound is caused by suspension damage or foreign body entry caused by recent rainy season driving.
Fourth, Magotan appears jitter when idling.
The slight jitter of Magotan idle speed is improved after the throttle is matched with the detector, which should be directly related to the idle speed control of the engine. Whether to clean the nozzle and throttle, you can ask the technicians of 4S shop to analyze the data of the detector before making a decision. It may be because the engine oil didn't keep up with it in time when it was running, so that the engine didn't get a better mechanical running state, which led to engine jitter. It may also be that there is something wrong with the computer board of the vehicle itself, which is also the factor that leads to the most problems of engine idling jitter. The driving computer can't receive the engine signal, or the signal given is chaotic, which leads to engine problems.
5. Magotan recently turned off.
Magotan's recent flameout may be due to excessive carbon deposition in throttle, idle motor, intake valve, intake pipe and combustion chamber, spark plug and fuel nozzle. Because these carbon deposits will block the idle channel, make the idle motor stuck or out of its adjustment range, resulting in low idle speed, unstable idle speed, oil accumulation and flameout. Owners are advised to check: 1 engine thermal energy sensor, 2 EFI system, 3 oil circuit is electric oil pump, 4 ignition system and 5 engine overheating and explosion system.
