When will Quanzhou pick up in spring?

Spring has begun. February 3rd to 5th of the solar calendar is called "beginning of spring", also called "Da Chun", which is the first day of the 24 solar terms and the beginning of four o'clock in a year, so Quanzhou will get warmer in spring and beginning of spring. Quanzhou, also known as Licheng, is located in the east of China, bordering Fuzhou in the north, Xiamen in the south and Taiwan Province Island in the east. It is a prefecture-level city in Fujian Province and one of the three central cities in Fujian Province.
