1. Throttle opening

The larger the throttle intake, the greater the engine fuel injection and the stronger the combustion capacity. The combustion force pushes the engine piston to accelerate, and the engine speed will also increase accordingly.

3. Throttle carbon deposition

The air intake of the engine is small, and it is easy to produce carbon deposit at the throttle. Throttle carbon deposition is caused by engine idling.

4. Disadvantages of throttle carbon deposition

After carbon deposition on the throttle valve, the opening of the throttle valve will decrease, which will lead to the imbalance of gas proportion in the engine cylinder, which will cause engine jitter and increase fuel consumption. If there is too much carbon deposit, the flexibility of the throttle switch will be weakened, and it is easier to make the engine oil burn insufficiently, which will make the total speed of the vehicle unstable.

5. Under what circumstances is the throttle valve cleaned?

Generally, when the throttle is opened for 20,000 kilometers, carbon deposition will occur. When the vehicle fails to catch fire, idling or the engine is red, it is necessary to consider cleaning the throttle.

The throttle valve of a vehicle is a control valve, similar to the mouth of an engine.
