What is a five-flower medicated bath?

Wuhua medicated bath is a good way for Mongolian medicine to dispel wind and remove dampness. Mixing with Artemisia selengensis, cypress, ephedra, juniper and rhododendron leaves in proportion, taking a proper amount of decoction, putting the decoction into a clean basin, and taking a medium-temperature bath. The temperature of the liquid medicine is kept at 38~40℃. Stimulating the skin with the temperature of water and drugs can improve blood circulation and expel toxins accumulated in the skin, muscles and joint cavities.

Artemisia capillaris can treat wind-cold-dampness arthralgia and malignant sores. Sabina vulgaris can cure measles, rheumatism and tinea; Ephedra sweating, diuresis, treatment of joint pain, edema, rubella itching; Juniper has the functions of clearing away heat and sweating, diuresis, expelling wind and removing dampness; Rhododendron leaves can relieve pain, dispel wind, remove dampness and induce diuresis. The combination of multiple drugs can restore the function of tendons and collaterals, dispel wind and remove dampness.

Pay special attention to windproof, moistureproof and cold-proof when taking medicine bath and nursing after bath, especially after sweating.
