Clay making process
1. Pour the medium gluten flour, salt and Tatar powder into a large pot and stir well.
2. Add 470 ml of water and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of vegetable oil.

8. Clay can be stored in sealed plastic bags for up to 3 months.

1. Pour 480 grams of flour and about 420 grams of salt into a large bowl and mix well.
2. Add 350ml of water while stirring.
