Rain solar terms English
Rain is the second of the 24 solar terms in China. The Book of Changes says that everything is "moistened by wind and rain". Rain is a solar term full of life connotation. "The east wind thaws, the ice and snow disperse into water and turn into rain, hence the name rain." At this time, the temperature rises and the rainfall gradually increases, as if the cold wind in winter thaws and turns into rain.
Rain marks the increase of rainfall and temperature. With its arrival, the vibrant spring-like scenery began to blow: the river froze, the geese moved from south to north, and the trees and grasslands turned green again. "Rain" means that the rainfall increases and the temperature rises. When the rain and solar terms came, the scene of spring began to bloom: the river thawed, the geese returned to the north, and the vegetation turned green.
